By accessing or purchasing from Pearls Organic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all transactions and interactions between you (the “Customer”) and Pearls Organic (the “Company”).

Scope of Service

Pearls Organic supplies formulation equipment, cosmetic raw materials, and packaging containers to formulators, cosmetic brands, institutions, and professionals.

Product Quality & Use

• All products are intended for educational, research, and cosmetic formulation purposes only.

• Customers are responsible for conducting appropriate compatibility and stability testing before using our materials in commercial products.

• We ensure that all raw materials are ethically sourced and professionally handled in accordance with applicable standards.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders within Lagos are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders to other states are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders outside Nigeria are processed 4-7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service availability.

• Pearls Organic is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Delivery fee depends on how small or bulky your order is. Pearls Organic will contact you about the delivery fee.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the sensitive nature of raw materials and lab equipment, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.

• Refunds or replacements are only processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries, reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence.

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is ours.

Limitation of Liability

Pearls Organic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of our products or failure to perform proper testing before use in commercial formulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, product descriptions, and branding under Pearls Organic are intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written consent.
