SEPIMAX ZEN™

Description

Sepimax ZEN™ is an advanced pre-neutralized polymer designed to create very clear, smooth, luxurious gels, even in challenging formulations. It provides excellent thickening, stabilizing, and suspending power, and is especially effective in systems with high electrolytes, acids, essential oils, or surfactants. It is ideal for lotions, gels, serums, body care, haircare, and high-performance skincare formulations.

Solubility:

❌ Not soluble in water (it swells to form gel)

❌ Not soluble in oils

✔️ Dispersible in water

Usage Rate:

0.2% – 3%

0.2–0.5% → light gels, watery serums

0.5–1% → medium gels, fluid lotions

1–3% → thick gels, viscous creams

pH Range:

pH 2 – 8

Works in both acidic and mildly basic systems.
