Lauryl Glucoside

Lauryl Glucoside is a mild, plant-derived non-ionic surfactant made from coconut oil and glucose. It provides gentle cleansing, excellent foam stability, and is suitable for sensitive-skin formulations. Commonly used in shampoos, body washes, baby products, facial cleansers, and cleansing gels.

It also acts as a co-surfactant to boost viscosity and improve the performance of other surfactants.

1% – 25% depending on formulation

Facial cleansers: 2–8%

Body wash: 5–15%

Shampoo: 5–20%
