In very acidic conditions (low pH), Niacinamide may hydrolyze into nicotinic acid, which can cause skin flushing.

🔄 Compatibility

Compatible with: Hyaluronic acid, panthenol, allantoin, glycerin, ceramides, peptides, and most moisturizers.

Caution with: Strongly acidic actives like L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) and AHAs at low pH — these may reduce stability. However, derivatives of Vitamin C (like Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate) are usually compatible.

Formulation tip: Always adjust pH into the stable range after adding Niacinamide.
