Silky Wax is a refined, plant-based wax derived through the hydrogenation of natural vegetable oils. It is valued for its smooth, velvety texture and semi-solid consistency.

This wax melts gently into oil phases and contributes a soft, non-greasy glide, enhancing the sensory profile of formulations. It’s particularly popular in skin and lip care products where a luxurious feel and subtle shine are desired.

Its silky finish and conditioning properties make it ideal for products requiring emollience without a heavy or sticky after-feel. It’s also highly stable and works well in hot or humid climates, helping to improve the firmness and shelf life of natural products.
